Classified material
Everything else needs a login.
Well programmes, daily drilling reports, mud reports, end-of-well reports, well control bridging documents, rate schedules and contract annexes are all classified. They are released only through the authenticated client workspace, only to named individuals attached to the relevant programme, and every retrieval is logged against the retrieving session identifier.
There is no route to obtain them from this page, and Xtragate does not release them on request. If you hold a programme with us, they are already in your workspace.
- Confidential — client programme material, released per programme
- Strictly confidential — commercial terms, named commercial contacts only
- Classified, restricted distribution — internal engineering, Tier 1 clearance only

Document control
How our documents work
| Classification | Contains | Released through | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unclassified | Corporate, fleet, HSE and assurance information with no client or well data | This website, freely | Indefinite |
| Confidential — client programme | Well programmes, daily and end-of-well reports, mud and survey data, bridging documents | Authenticated client workspace only | 7 years, immutable |
| Strictly confidential | Day rates, contract annexes, change orders, invoicing | Client workspace, named commercial contacts | 7 years, immutable |
| Classified — restricted distribution | Unqualified engineering positions, failure modes, unsanctioned concept work | Operations Control, Tier 1 clearance only | Indefinite, internal |
Every controlled document carries a reference, a revision, an owner and a classification. Corrections are issued as a new revision; superseded revisions are retained and marked.
How we take work.
Xtragate does not tender publicly and does not accept unsolicited enquiries. Programmes come to us through operators we already work for.
